Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for homeowners, diagnosing comfort needs and offering high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging internal leads, company pipelines, and self-generation to close opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: High school degree or GED required.
Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, with preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
Skills: Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and closing sales.
Communication: Educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
