Delta Defense LLC, operating as USCCA, is seeking an Account Executive for outside sales in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role focuses on educating ranges, retailers, and training partners about self‑defense, training, and liability protection while growing USCCA memberships.

You will travel to ranges and partner sites, nurture relationships, and close memberships with a consultative selling approach. Strong presentation and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam (training provided).
• Strong professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Self-driven, organized, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Build a local presence and develop relationships with gun ranges, retailers, instructors, and small‑business partners.
• Deliver engaging group presentations after concealed carry classes.
• Educate individuals on training, education, and self‑defense liability protection.
• Close USCCA memberships using consultative, ethical sales techniques.
• Own and grow your pipeline through prospecting, nurturing, and consistent presence.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience beyond the sale.
