Venture Hire Group partners with an established packaging company in the DFW area to recruit an Outside Sales Executive. You will own the full sales cycle, leveraging inbound leads and a large buyer database to win and grow business.

You will sell packaging materials, contract packaging services, and automated equipment across food & beverage, spirits, retail, and manufacturing, building lasting relationships and driving revenue through a consultative, outcomes-driven approach.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in packaging, corrugated, distribution, or industrial supply.
• A track record of winning new customers, growing accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• A consultative, relationship-driven approach and confidence working with procurement, operations, and executive decision-makers.
• Initiative, consistent prospecting habits, and the drive to build a strong book of business.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and winning new business to growing established accounts.
• Work inbound web leads and a substantial past-buyer database alongside your own prospecting and referrals.
• Expand customer relationships through a broad portfolio of packaging products, services, and equipment.
• Partner with estimating, design, operations, and equipment specialists to develop proposals and close business.
• Build your pipeline, track activity in CRM, and deliver against sales goals.
