Job summary

Novvia Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a defined territory and portfolio of strategic accounts in the Dallas area. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management, leveraging a broad packaging portfolio for high-value, long-term solutions.

You have a track record of meeting quotas, developing territory plans, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in packaging or related industrial industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and acquire new ones to meet monthly quotas at solid margins.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan with the manager to meet or exceed quotas.
• Demonstrate products using catalogs, samples, and digital tools to emphasize value-added features.
• Maintain CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline updates.
• Travel throughout the territory to service customers and grow the business.
• Attend trade shows as needed and participate in sales meetings to share insights.
