Aim Transportation Solutions is seeking an ambitious outside sales professional to grow our Denver and Fort Collins market with Full-Service Truck Leasing, Fleet Maintenance Programs, and Rental Services.

You will develop new B2B business, manage your territory, meet with owners and decision-makers, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, consultative sales, business development, or contractual B2B sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• CRM experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and territory management.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their fleet and transportation needs.
• Present customized solutions including Full-Service Truck Leasing, Fleet Maintenance Programs, Rental Services, and other transportation solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
• Oversee customer onboarding and build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while expanding your territory.
