Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Hunter mentality; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Prior sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients and referrals for monthly sales.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present services.
• Close deals by building rapport and addressing objections.
• Maintain CRM with all client and lead information.
• Pass leads to appropriate SE and drive monthly targets.
