Rewards Network in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an outside Account Executive to drive growth in local restaurants. You will prospect, meet decision-makers, and close deals, building a robust pipeline and collaborating with account managers.

Candidates should have 4+ years in outside sales, strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and Salesforce CRM experience. This is a field, on-site role with a lucrative commission structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Prospector mentality with self-motivation for new business development.
• Strong financial acumen; able to discuss fees and terms confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of influencing meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and MS Office/Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling and door-to-door sales to meet quotas.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline and schedule in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with new leads and existing customers to drive engagement.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals including closing deals.
• Collaborate with account managers and revenue teams to hit company targets.
• Maintain sales records and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM.
