Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Reps and Branch Mgmt with coordinating all rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Act as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet and exceed expectations.
• Maintain company policies on safety, sales processing, and confidentiality.
• Produce paperwork and reports accurately and timely.
• Answer branch phone and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Manage RentalMan system for on/off rents.
• Dispatch delivery and pickup of equipment and parts.
• Dispatch service calls and maintain call logs.
• Issue and receive Purchase Orders; monitor AR reports.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations in absence of Branch Manager.
