Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, communications or related field a plus.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service, rental, logistics, or sales support.
• Must pass a DOT physical and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Possess or obtain a TWIC card.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; RentalMan experience preferred.
• Willing to work a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and gather information to fulfill rental requests.
• Prepare rental contracts, quotes, POs, and supporting records.
• Communicate order status and delivery expectations clearly.
• Coordinate equipment with operations, drivers, and sales.
• Enter and update data in RentalMan; assist invoicing and closeout activities.
