Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant in Seattle to drive branch growth by identifying prospects, building relationships, and delivering tailored linen and facility services solutions to diverse industries.

You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, undergo a 13-week training, and then scale new business with support from a dedicated team, aiming to exceed weekly quotas and maximize commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and territory planning.
• Proven sales track record and goal attainment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
