Job summary

Bath Fitter in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive new business and secure appointments for our premium bath remodeling products.

You will focus on selling to homeowners with provided leads, travel across the sales territory, and work independently to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI expectations.

This full-time role offers commission and bonus opportunities, ongoing training, and a clear path for advancement within a nationally leading home remodeling brand.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales.
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment.
• Be able to work independently.
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory.
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening.
