Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant in Des Moines, IA. You will drive sales for our premium bathroom remodeling products to homeowners using leads provided, guiding prospects from initial contact through to a successful installation.

Expect a competitive commission structure and opportunities for internal advancement. You’ll work in a fast-paced, competitive environment, traveling within the territory to meet potential customers, demonstrate products, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Direct to consumer sales experience with Best in Class processes.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Thrives in competitive and dynamic sales environment.
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory.
• Must be 21+ and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
