Bath Fitter, the Nation's #1 bathroom remodeling company, is hiring an Outside Sales Consultant in Winchester, VA. You will secure new sales while getting homeowners excited about our premium products.

In this full-time W2 role, you will work with provided leads, travel within the territory, and advance through internal training and promotion opportunities while earning competitive commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with proven sales processes.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel within the sales territory and work independently.

As anOutside Sales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
