Job summary

Bath Fitter in Roanoke, VA seeks an Outside Sales Consultant to drive home improvement sales with provided leads. You will engage homeowners, present premium bath solutions, and guide customers through the decision process.

You'll build relationships, hit or exceed sales targets, and travel across the territory. A valid driver's license and independent work ethic are required. This full-time role offers a competitive commission structure and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales with proven KPI achievement.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and maintaining customer relations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close and scheduling installations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics.
• Represent the brand professionally and provide excellent customer service.

As anOutside Sales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
