Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant in the Toledo, OH area to drive direct-to-consumer sales of our premium bathroom remodeling products. You will work with homeowners, manage the full sales cycle, and convert leads provided by the company into satisfied customers.

In this full-time W2 role, you’ll earn competitive commissions and bonuses, with opportunities for growth and internal training. Travel within the local territory is required, and a valid driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer sales experience with commission structures.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to travel throughout the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell Bath Fitter products to homeowners with provided leads.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Coordinate with customers and schedule appointments.

As anOutsideSales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
