Job summary

Bath Fitter is the nation's leading bathroom remodeling company, offering premium products and a trusted customer experience. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will focus on selling to homeowners with provided leads and drive growth across the territory.

This full-time W2 role includes competitive commission and bonus opportunities, internal training, and room for advancement as Bath Fitter continues to expand nationally.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes.
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Sell Bath Fitter products to homeowners using provided leads.
• Travel within the sales territory to meet with prospective clients and close deals.
