Job summary

Bath Fitter in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive revenue by selling our premium bathroom remodeling solutions to homeowners using company-provided leads. You will own the customer journey from first contact to closing, delivering value and building trust in a competitive market.

This full-time role offers base opportunities plus commission and bonuses, ongoing training, and a path for advancement within Bath Fitter’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer sales experience required.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory.
• 21+ years old and able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sell Bath Fitter products to homeowners using provided leads.
• Set and manage home improvement appointments with decision makers.
• Develop new business while promoting premium product and warranty.

As anOutsideSales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.

We are looking for…

• Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with "Best in Class" sales processes
• Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
• Be able to work independently
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
• Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
