Role Expectations

• Assist local businesses in reducing credit card processing costs.
• Generate leads through warm contacts and referrals.
• Attend appointments and present Riverside’s products.
• Negotiate and close sales using proven methods.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers for support and training.
• Follow up with leads and progress through the sales funnel.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and daily conference calls.
• Work remotely (10%) and in the field (90%).

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and eager to learn.
• All experience levels welcome; sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to network and generate leads independently.
• Strong time management, communication, positivity, and integrity.
