Account Executive Expectations

1. Help local business owners save money on credit card processing.
2. Prospect leads through warm leads and referrals.
3. Attend appointments set by marketing and pitch Riverside's products and services.
4. Use proven sales methods to negotiate and close deals.
5. Coordinate with National Sales Managers for support and training.
6. Follow up with leads and progress them through the sales funnel.
7. Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills.
8. Join daily conference calls for bonuses and prizes.
9. Remote work from home (10%) and field sales (90%).

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Self-driven, upbeat, and outgoing individuals.
• All experience levels accepted; sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to network and generate leads independently.
• Strong time management, positive mindset, communication, and integrity; training provided.
