Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive growth with small and mid-sized businesses in a territory-based role. You will engage business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, outside sales preferred.
• Ability to train others in person and online.
• Strong organization and clear communication.
• Desire to help and care for others.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain within 90 days with company assistance.

Responsibilities

• Visit small and medium businesses to discuss our insurance products.
• Give presentations to groups of employees (up to 50–100).
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set up meetings to review client needs and attend team meetings.
• Build and maintain your own client list and sell to businesses (B2B).
• Set sales goals monthly and quarterly with your manager.
• Follow up on leads and cold call new businesses in person.
• Report daily sales activities to management.
