Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is hiring an Account Manager in the United States to build relationships with mid-size contractor accounts and drive sales growth.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of outside sales experience, a track record of developing profitable account plans, and the ability to manage customer relationships and sales administration. A valid MVR may be required for company vehicle use.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Outside sales experience with contractors preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market research, events, and networking.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts and coordinates with sales teams.
• Attains assigned sales quota, margins, and controllable expenses.
• Maintains product knowledge and provides customer service and issue resolution.
• Completes sales administration reports and attends meetings.
