Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Account Manager to build relationships with mid-size contractor accounts and grow sales. You will generate leads, develop account plans, and coordinate with internal teams to offer pricing and solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales, with experience in outside sales to professional contractors and potential Spanish language proficiency. On-site work with a strong, benefits-rich company culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in Outside Sales to professional contractors is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events and computer programs.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts and coordinates with sales and corporate teams.
• Attains assigned sales quota, part margin and controllable expense objectives.
• Interacts with customers and vendors to resolve issues and maintains product knowledge.
• Completes required sales reports and attends company meetings.
