White Cap is hiring an Account Manager to expand relationships with mid-size contractor accounts in a dynamic, on-site environment. You will develop sales plans, identify leads, and coordinate with internal teams to drive profitability and market presence.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of outside sales or account management experience, with a focus on professional contractors. Spanish language skills and familiarity with White Cap products are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of account management or outside sales experience.
• Experience selling to professional contractors.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with White Cap products and services.

Responsabilités

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, events, networking and vendor programs.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts with cross‑functional teams.
• Attains assigned sales quota, part margin and controllable expense objectives.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues.
• Maintains current product knowledge and applies it in servicing customers.
• Submits sales administration reports and attends company meetings.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience; may perform other duties as assigned.
• Operates a company or personal vehicle; MVR check may be required.
