Job summary

Five Star Equipment is seeking an Outside Rental Sales Representative for Waterford, PA, to grow rental growth and market share. This role focuses on building relationships, visiting job sites, and turning needs into reliable equipment solutions with John Deere lines.

You will manage quotes, coordinate with rental, dispatch, service, and billing, and emphasize uptime and delivery certainty. A base salary with commission drives earnings and career growth in a territory-wide team.

Qualifications

• Background in outside sales in construction, rental, or related industry.
• Proven ability to build and manage a CRM pipeline.
• Comfort with CRM, Microsoft Office, and ERP/CDK systems.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new projects and accounts while growing existing relationships.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; negotiate terms professionally.
• Coordinate with rental, dispatch, service, and billing for a smooth customer experience.
• Own communication from quote through delivery, pickup, and follow-up.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
