Five Star Equipment & Warhorse Rentals in Dunmore, PA seeks an Inside Rental Coordinator to be the front-line contact for customers. You will listen, identify the right aerial, construction, or industrial equipment, prepare quotes, and coordinate orders to keep jobs moving.

You will work with customers, sales, dispatch, and the branch team to deliver a fast, dependable rental experience from the first call through pickup, with training and growth opportunities along the way.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in inside sales, customer service, or rental-industry preferred.
• Best knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for telephone and walk-in customers.
• Prepare rental quotes and process orders; follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and documentation in CRM.
• Build relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Support accurate, timely equipment delivery and return with internal teams.

You will listen, identify the right equipment solution, prepare accurate quotes and orders, and coordinate the details that keep customers' jobs moving.You will work closely with customers, outside rental sales representatives, dispatch, and the broader branch team to deliver a rental experience that is fast, dependable, and easy from the first call through final pickup.WHAT YOU'LL OWNCustomer solutions. Guide telephone and walk-in customers to the right aerial, construction, or industrial equipment for the job.Quotes and orders. Prepare rental quotes, process orders, follow up consistently, and help convert opportunities into rentals.Relationship building. Develop strong connections with new and existing customers and identify additional business opportunities.Rental coordination. Partner with the internal team to support accurate, timely equipment delivery and pickup.Responsive support. Answer customer and outside sales representative inquiries promptly and professionally.Accurate documentation. Maintain customer records, rental contracts, and transaction activity in the company's CRM and rental systems.Revenue growth. Recommend complementary equipment, attachments, and services that improve the customer's solution and maximize each transaction.Product expertise. Provide practical technical information and product recommendations based on the customer's application.Safety and standards. Work safely, follow company policies, and uphold department standards for conduct and service.Continuous learning.
