Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist in New Jersey to build relationships with prospective consumers and generate qualified mortgage leads.

You will facilitate introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and support non-licensed outreach within the REP program. This full-time role emphasizes outbound outreach, follow-up, and referral development to sustain a robust pipeline while ensuring compliance and separation

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer sales, lead generation, or related field preferred.
• Four-year college degree in business, finance or related field.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Clear understanding of non-licensed mortgage support role limitations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers needing mortgage financing.
• Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate introductions between prospective borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline status; support branch goals.
