Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to support branch growth by developing relationships with prospective consumers and generating qualified residential mortgage leads.

This role focuses on non-licensed activities, facilitating introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and participating in REP. You will engage in proactive outreach, follow-up, and referral development to build a strong pipeline, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required.
• Minimum 2+ years in consumer sales, lead gen, or business development.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers needing mortgage financing.
• Generate mortgage leads via outreach, referrals, events.
• Educate prospects on mortgage process at general level; direct loan questions to licensed MLO.
• Arrange introductions between prospects and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain follow-up to support engagement and conversion.
• Track lead activity and pipeline in CRM and systems.
