Job summary

Community Impact is seeking an Outside Sales - Media Account Executive to drive growth in our field-based, face-to-face sales model in Texas. You will target local businesses, guide them through our newspaper, web, email, direct-mail, and storytelling products, and close deals that expand our advertising footprint.

You’ll earn a base salary with monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions, plus a $295 gas/mileage stipend and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality focused on prospecting and closing.
• Proven B2B sales track across SMB to multi-location.
• Strong in-person relationship building.
• Ability to develop and grow a book of business.
• Familiar with CI's selling process and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities and close new accounts.
• Retain and grow existing client books.
• Work in-person with local businesses and attend events.
• Collaborate with design team for ad messaging.
• Manage territory and scheduling in field.
