True North Group LLC. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to build relationships with business owners, sell insurance plans, and manage client needs. You will work flexible hours, organize client meetings, and use Salesforce CRM to track progress.

You’ll be trained in both online and field settings, with commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities tied to performance. A Health & Life license is required or can be obtained with company support.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially outside sales.
• Ability to teach others, both in person and online.
• Strong organization and clear communication.
• Desire to help and care for others.
• Health & Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days with company support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set up meetings to review client needs.
• Attend meetings with your team or manager.
• Find new businesses, manage referrals, and handle B2B sales.
• Build and maintain your own client list.
• Work with your manager to set monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Build relationships with local business owners.
• Share your weekly work schedule with your manager.
• Follow up on leads and cold call new businesses in person.
• Report daily sales activities.
