Job summary

Summit Business Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive field-based sales by meeting business owners and decision-makers in your territory. You will use the Salesforce CRM, present solutions, and aim for quick closes while building ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales or customer-facing role.
• Outside sales experience preferred (door-to-door or B2B).
• Ability to manage training across in-person and web-based learning.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person sales calls with business owners.
• Build rapport, deliver compelling product presentations, and close sales.
• Respond to client inquiries and guide through the claims process.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance client coverage with add-ons.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely communication.
