Summit Business Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to expand our insurance client base through field-based, in-person calls with business owners and key decision-makers. You will plan schedules around business hours, deliver compelling presentations, and work toward closing or setting follow-ups for closure.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in outside sales or a relevant degree, plus a valid driver’s license and a willingness to obtain a health & life license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years sales experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute in-person sales calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build rapport with prospects, present compelling insurance solutions, and close or schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist customers through claims support.
