Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell Fire Alarm products and services to current and new clients. You will grow sales by building relationships, identifying leads, and following up on opportunities. Travel is required to build a strong regional presence.

The role emphasizes excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a base salary of 55k-75k plus uncapped commission, depending on experience. Anticipated close date and benefits accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR at least 3 years of related experience required.
• NICET I or above preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsabilités

• Builds a network to identify new sales leads.
• Identifies customer needs and suggests products/services.
• Demonstrates fire alarm products and services based on needs.
• Maintains customer relationships and resolves issues post-sale.
• Alerts customers to new products, services, and enhancements.
• Maintains detailed sales activity reports.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
