Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. You will meet homeowners in their homes to assess needs, perform inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions.

You’ll travel within your sales territory with warm leads, enjoying uncapped commission and robust training. This role offers a full-time, W-2 position with company-generated leads, a clear advancement path, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present job proposals to homeowners.
• Close sales in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
