Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. You will conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners, and design customized repair solutions. Travel within a defined territory and rely on company leads to build your book of business.

The role offers uncapped earnings (avg $100-150k; top performers $200-600k) with training pay and a clear advancement path. A full-time W-2 position with a comprehensive benefits package awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues for homeowners and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with detailed proposals.
• Close sales in the home and maintain relationships with customers.
