Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our North America–leading foundation solutions business. In this field role, you will meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, present customized repair and water management options, and close sales with a consultative approach.

You will receive industry-leading training, work with pre-qualified leads and benefit from an uncapped commission structure with substantial earning potential, including a paid regional

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Construction or home-improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads.
• Explain issues to homeowners and present solution options.
• Prepare estimates and generated job proposals.
• Close sales at the customer's home and maintain relationships.
