Job summary

Bobcat Company is seeking an outside salesperson to cover construction equipment sales. The role requires visiting customer sites, prospecting in the assigned territory, and timely follow-up with leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction equipment sales, strong negotiation and time-management skills, and the ability to travel and stay overnight as needed. A BA/BS in marketing, sales, or business is preferred and multi-team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Construction equipment sales experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, sales or business.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight across cities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily territory activities and drive revenue through on-site visits and calls.
• Plan and organize strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas via equipment rental and sales.
• Promote sale and rental of equipment lines and our Parts and Service operations.
• Complete sales orders, rental contracts and related paperwork to close transactions.
• Document calls and set weekly, monthly, and annual contact goals.
