DH Pace Company is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Rockland, Massachusetts to build relationships and sell commercial doors and related products. You will meet with decision makers, develop opportunities, and manage proposals from initial contact to closing the sale.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), at least three years outside sales experience, and a valid driver's license; familiarity with blueprints/plans is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum required.
• At least 3 years outside sales experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchase of commercial doors and related products and services.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, K-12, and municipalities in Boston area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Follow up to close projects and participate in project management when necessary.
• Maintain CRM system daily.
