Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Athens, Georgia. You will build relationships and sell our commercial doors and related products to commercial and industrial customers, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities.

Responsibilities include meeting decision makers, developing opportunities, delivering proposals, and managing each sale from start to finish, while maintaining CRM records and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/plans and specs.
• Excellent customer-focused communication and rapport building.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchase of commercial doors and services.
• Develop sales opportunities and solve problems through consultative selling.
• Cultivate sales with building owners, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities in Athens, GA area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
• Provide timely estimates and proposals; manage details from call to close.
• Maintain CRM daily and update prospects and projects.
