Job summary

DH Pace's Outside Automatic Door Commercial Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA seeks a driven professional with door experience to manage a full sales cycle across hospitals, municipalities, universities, and commercial/industrial buildings.

You will present product lines, build a new customer base, meet revenue targets, and coordinate with senior management to grow market share while maintaining CRM records and timely proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with Automatic doors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Windows based programs and sales tools.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process for hospitals, municipalities, universities, K-12, commercial and industrial building owners/managers and other accounts within the Atlanta and surrounding areas: targeting prospects, identifying solutions, negotiating, & closing.
• Meet with decision makers to professionally present product lines and act as a solutions expert.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Work with senior management to establish plan for growing our customer base.
• Influence customers’ decision to purchase from our vast line of door products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business strategies.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Actively participate in sales meetings.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
