You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting hospitals, municipalities, universities, and commercial/industrial owners across Atlanta and surroundings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with automatic doors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire sales process for hospitals, municipalities, universities, K-12, commercial and industrial building owners/managers and other accounts within the Atlanta area; target prospects, identify solutions, negotiate and close.
• Meet with decision makers to present product lines and act as a solutions expert.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow customer base.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM daily.
