What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct direct telephonic outreach to patients to assist in scheduling appointments
- Apply motivational interviewing tactics to address psychosocial barriers to scheduling
- Act as a liaison between patients and the practice, directing calls as necessary
- Track outreach and outcomes in designated systems to identify trends and improve patient visits
- Maintain collaborative relationships with market and practice leadership teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
- 1 year of telephonic customer service experience
- Understanding of call center performance operations
- Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a medical practice or healthcare setting
- Call center experience; bilingual is preferred
- Medical Terminology certification
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications
- Strong motivational skills, including conflict resolution techniques
