SUMMARY
Reporting to the Ecosystem and Partnership Portfolio Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling educational programs worldwide, ensuring smooth execution of courses in collaboration with strategic partners. The specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and optimize course delivery.

Travel Requirements

Education and/or Experience
4-year college degree in business, adult education, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in nonprofit/associate sectors. Experience in event scheduling, contract negotiation, and project management is a plus.
Language Skills
Ability to interpret business and technical documents, write reports, and present information effectively.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform calculations and interpret business graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Problem-solving skills, ability to interpret instructions, and make judgments on resource availability and course projections.
Other Skills and Abilities
Effective communication, project leadership, personnel management, multi-tasking, computer literacy, and attention to detail are required.
