Description

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Ecosystem and Partnership Portfolio Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling educational programs worldwide, ensuring smooth execution of courses in collaboration with strategic partners. The specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and optimize course delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead special projects related to Education systems and represent Education on enterprise projects.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Evaluate and approve new facilities for global course delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead operational processes for Education, working with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver seamless educational experiences.
  • Negotiate agreements with external service providers to support course delivery.
  • Collaborate with departments to communicate course details and manage registration processes.
  • Monitor and manage external partnerships to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
  • Analyze course data and trends to make recommendations on course offerings based on performance and demand.
  • Manage inventory and resources for course delivery, ensuring availability and readiness.

Travel Requirements

Education and/or Experience

4-year college degree in business, adult education, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in nonprofit/associate sectors. Experience in event scheduling, contract negotiation, and project management is a plus.

Language Skills

Ability to interpret business and technical documents, write reports, and present information effectively.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to perform calculations and interpret business graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Problem-solving skills, ability to interpret instructions, and make judgments on resource availability and course projections.

Other Skills and Abilities

Effective communication, project leadership, personnel management, multi-tasking, computer literacy, and attention to detail are required.
