Position Summary

The Central Scheduling Specialist will handle administrative duties related to scheduling and registration. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound calls to schedule appointments across our practice locations. As the first point of contact for patients, the specialist will ensure excellent customer service and attentive listening to meet patient needs.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1 year customer service experience in healthcare offices preferred
