Job description

This position is responsible for guiding and supporting franchisees in the opening, remodeling, and maintenance of their salons to ensure they have all the necessary information, approved equipment, furniture/fixtures, products, services, and supplies to open and operate their salons within Great Clips’ standards.

Your Mission

On your journey, you will face challenges such as:

  1. Coordinate and provide direction to the timely and efficient development of floor and ceiling plans for new salons and the remodeling of existing salons, as assigned, to ensure that all plans are developed and salons built out within Great Clips, Inc. design and customer service standards and to local municipal code. Manage project milestones to track progress, coordinating internal resources and external vendor partners.
  2. Coordinate the purchase of salon equipment, fixtures, signage, and supplies as assigned, to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of these products relative to the project schedule and that all orders and related documentation are prepared within Great Clips Inc.’s policies and customer service standards.
  3. Maintain all salon communications and developments as directed, within the CRM database, and other methods, for all salons as assigned.
  4. Act as a resource and consultant to the franchisees.
  5. Collaborate with Operations on all Facility Reviews and current standards.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to listen, earn trust, and accept direct feedback from franchisees while building strong, positive relationships.
Your Expertise

To land this job you will need to demonstrate, and/or possess the following:

  1. At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing or project coordination, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  2. Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction is desirable.
  3. Knowledge and skill in use of personal computers and related software for preparation of reports, documentation, and accounting functions of sales orders, purchase orders.
  4. Written and verbal communication skills to initiate professional and effective contact with internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills.
  5. Understanding space planning for architectural drawings with compliance to Great Clips standards.
Your Work Environment

This is a hybrid work position requiring a combination of in-office workdays and the option to work from home on the remaining days. Working remotely will require reliable, secure internet.
