Qualifications

• A high school diploma/equivalent and four years of experience. (Note: post-high school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.
• Valid Florida or Georgia Driver License, or the ability to obtain prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and programmatic support in the Outreach and Advising Office.
• Coordinate Outreach events including the SSTRIDE Summer Institute, Undergraduate SSTRIDE, and pre-precollegiate SSTRIDE programs.
• Handle financial tasks such as travel, purchase orders, and maintaining the department ledger.
• Update SharePoint, Teams, and other file storage systems.
