Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience.
• A valid State of Florida or Georgia Driver’s License or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Prior experience working with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Maintain participant files and databases; enter and verify demographic, eligibility, participation, academic, and service data; assist with documentation for the Annual Performance Report (APR); track missing records and forms; maintain confidentiality; and support accurate documentation of project services and outcomes.
• Assist coordinators with recruitment and outreach; process applications and eligibility documentation; communicate with students, families, and school partners; maintain recruitment and participation rosters; and support follow-up efforts to help the program meet funded participant targets.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of Talent Search activities, including workshops, tutoring, and academic enrichment activities, college and career exploration, campus visits, enrichment experiences, and summer programming; coordinate program logistics; provide on-site support and ensure documentation.
• Maintain calendars and program communications; prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and program documents; assist with purchasing and supply tracking; participate in staff meetings and training; and perform other duties that support Talent Search objectives.
