SimonMed Imaging is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to deliver diagnostic-quality images with precision, compassion and patient-centered care. You will perform exams, ensure correct technique, and evaluate images for technical quality to support accurate diagnoses.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values clean images, ALARA principles, and efficiency. You will mentor students, maintain documentation, and operate within PACS, RIS and EMR systems while upholding high clinical standards.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current where required.
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems; ALARA principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to clinical culture.

Aufgaben

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate own images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain anatomy knowledge, protocols, and equipment familiarity.
• Apply ALARA and radiation safety principles and document findings in real time.
• Manage own workflow, keep room ready, troubleshoot equipment without slowing the team.
• Provide patient empathy with clear procedure explanations and comfort measures.
• Mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.
