Responsibilities

• Enters and maintains patient records.
• Corresponds with patient's referring physician as needed.
• Reviews referral data and ensures referral loops close timely.
• Provides administrative support for physicians as needed.
• Manages calls and messages as needed.
• Assists providers in clinic as core support.
• Contributes to a positive patient experience.
• Coordinates scheduling for facial plastic and reconstructive procedures.
• Acts as primary surgery scheduler; optimizes operating room utilization.
