Saint Luke’s in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a front desk professional to coordinate scheduling for ENT clinics and communicate with patients about appointments, insurance, and co-pays. This full-time role may require some travel to support Metro ENT clinics as needed and involves EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.

No nights or weekends are required; healthcare experience is preferred to efficiently support multiple ENT practices and front desk duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable healthcare experience.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage ENT scheduling.
• Explain appointments, insurance, and co-pays to patients.
• Support other ENT practices as needed.
• Manage EPIC referral work queues for scheduling.
• Process co-pays and monitor denials.
• Handle fax queues and other front desk duties.

• Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred

• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
