• Coordinate ENT scheduling for multiple practices.
• Provide clear communication to patients regarding appointments, insurances, and co-pays.
• Support other ENT practices as needed for coverage.
• Efficiently manage EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of patient appointments.
• Handle fax work queues and front desk duties as assigned.
• Monitor denials and assist with collections when needed.
• Travel may be required to support Metro ENT clinics.

Job Description

Join our team as a Procedural Scheduler at our Saint Luke's Plaza location! Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm No Night, No weekends Prior healthcare experience is preferred Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed.

Opportunity

• Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
• Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment, insurances, and co-pay collections.
• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
• Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
